GET /api/v1/search
Params: q (text search), industry (ANZSIC category), state (abbreviation), company_size, limit (max 200), offset
Returns: { total, limit, offset, companies: [{id, name, description, industry, abn, phone, email, website, companySize, locations}] }

### Get Company Details
GET /api/v1/companies/{id}
Returns full company profile including all contact details and geocoded address with lat/lng coordinates.

### List Industries
GET /api/v1/industries
Returns all ANZSIC manufacturing categories with company counts.

### Shortlist Management
GET /api/v1/shortlists (header: x-user-id)
POST /api/v1/shortlists — body: { name, company_ids, project_id }
PUT /api/v1/shortlists/{id}
